The goal of the planning processes at the college is to:
- Provide mechanisms that facilitate the evaluation and improvement of college processes, programs, and services;
- Provide mechanisms that facilitate institutional dialogue about the effectiveness of college processes, programs, and services;
- Provide mechanisms that facilitate the evaluation and improvement of student learning and student success at the college;
- Include the ongoing evaluation and refinement of processes to maximize their effectiveness and ease of implementation.
