Need some help with research? Make an appointment, call, visit or email the main Library at CRC. 

• Make an Appointment for Research Consultation
  You can make a one on one 30 minute research appointment with a librarian to guide you on your research project. The appointment will be held at CRC Elk Grove Center's Learning Resource Center - EGA 204.

Book Request and Delivery
You can request regular circulating Los Rios library books and have them delivered to CRC Elk Grove Center's Learning Resource Center - EGA 204.

Renew Books and Check Your Library Account
View ONLINE the books and other materials you have checked out, renew items and more. You can also call the Circulation Desk, (916) 691-7266, to answer questions about your Library account.

Find Articles and Databases
You can search our online databases to find articles in thousands of journals, magazines, and newspapers on almost any conceivable topic.

Online Encyclopedias, and Dictionaries
Whether you are looking for a definition of a word or general information about your topic, you have access to online encyclopedias and dictionaries. Try searching Gale Virtual Reference Library, an online tool that contain reference titles. Oxford English Dictionary (OED) is also available online.

Look up Magazine and Journal Titles
See what magazines and journals the Library subscribes to and locate them online or in print.

Check Out an E-book
We have access to thousands of books that are available online. These books were originally published on paper.

Borrow TEXTBOOKS (Course Reserves)

Some of the textbooks for classes taught at CRC Elk Grove Center can be checked out for up to two hours. These books are held at the EGC's Learning Resources Center - EGA 204.
