What Should I Do To Prepare For My First Video Recording?

Being prepared and rehearsed before your session will result in a clear well communicated presentation of your information. It will also limit mistakes and the time it will take to record. Please read our “recommendations” page for tips and suggestions to maximize your experience in the center.

When Should I Schedule My Recording Session(s)?

All  CI² reservations must be scheduled in advance with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the time of the session. Visit the Recording Request page to schedule your session.

How Long Does It Take For My Video To Be Ready After Being Recorded?

The time that it takes for your video to be ready for uploading to our online media server host (3C Media) is dependent on the amount of post editing, if any, that is necessary. Most videos that are not in need of any post editing once recorded and can be uploaded immediately with only a short processing time by the online host.

Note: Closed Captioning will take an undetermined amount of time to be processed. Meanwhile your video can be posted to your course without captions until the captioning is available.
